Nightshade & Dark’s Pandemonium Brewing Company pays tribute to Waukegan native Ray Bradbury. It’s just a short walk from the Genesee Theatre. The taproom pours up to 22 beers brewed on site, from traditional styles to experimental batches. The space is family-friendly, with a big collection of board, card and dice games. Food trucks and pop-up kitchens keep the menu changing, and the calendar includes live swing, jazz and rockabilly music plus Drag Queen Trivia on Wednesdays.
